"An enemy is a person whose story we have not heard."
We often believe that every person out there cannot be trusted, because we do not know anything about them. Immediately we assume the worst of them based on their appearance, rather than focus on their personality. If we do not know what story lies behind them doesn't mean they have to be our enemies. If we get to know each other we will immediately realize how wrong we were about that person. This I believe is the reason the world is in such chaotic conditions. Nobody wants to take their time getting to know someone inside and out. If this behavior could be changed the world would be a much peaceful place, not only people could be changed but countries as well. Finally, I believe that having the courage to meet new people and try to get to know their story would make each one of us a better person.

I agree with you that we should try and get to know their story first, before we even start judging, and labeling!:)
ReplyDeleteI highly agree with you. I believe that we should get to know the person inside first before assuming that person could be an enemy.
ReplyDeleteYes i agree you shouldnt judge a book by its cover because you never know what you can learn from it. Its the same thing with people you might find something interesting that you and the person share and become the best of friends
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately not many people think this way. I belieave that the best way to break the ice is with a Smile. You never know if this person might have similar problems as you do, or common ideas.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you. The sad thing is that not everyone takes the time to get to know and understand others. Most of the time we are very quick to judge other because of their appearance. We really have to learn to be tolerant.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad how a lot of people just judge everyone like that without getting to know them on a personal level. Everyone deserves a chance.
ReplyDeletei agree i think that we as human create a bubble around us, where we just let in certain people. I believe that if we just step outside of our bubble and take the time to get to know people, then we will make this world a better place for everyone.
